My wonderful friends,

When Frank ( DPS director) first suggested that the DPS might need a resident “on-line missionary,” my first impression was deep and thoughtful… “Huh??!!”  However, as I have journeyed here over the last three years, I have come to realize that those who dwell here truly do form the body called Church.  So, from time to time, we will be in dialogue around some question or point of your choosing.  I never forget that it is many of you who empower me to serve as a missionary in the world. 

I’ll never fully understand why, but through the blessings of a most wondrous God, and through your prayers, presence, and resource, I have been privileged to serve in the role of missionary.  So please allow me to offer my deepest appreciation for each person, family, church, and faith community who journey with us through the work of the wonderful place where I serve and here on the DPS.  Truly, you are a gift of God to us.
